Lyon cottage is situated just on the edge of the stunning South Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Besides walking and cycling there is a wealth of wonderful places to visit including the RSPB and the WW trust sites. Arundel Castle, Petworth House, Goodwood Horse and Motor circuit. Bignor and Fishbourne Roman Villas and many National Trust properties including beautiful gardens.
The property
There is easy parking, comfortable rooms downstairs with T.V, tea and coffee making facilities. A large and spacious shower room, family sitting room with a log fire in the winter. We have dry storage for bicycles and clothes drying facilities for wet walkers. Dogs welcome on their best behaviour only.
The house is surrounded by fields and woodland. You may even see deer grazing while eating your breakfast.
